		<description><![CDATA[Sfinci di San Giuseppe
Csinal kb 24 puffs

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons ( 150 grams) unsalted butter
Pinch salt
1 3/4 (  250 grams) all-purpose flour
5 or 6 eggs
About 6 cups of vegetable oil for frying

Filling
1 pound 6 ounces ( 625 grams) fresh ricotta
1/1 cup + 2 tablespoons ( 25 grams) superfine sugar (porcukor, amerikai aki irta)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons chocolate chips
4 tablespoons minced candied orange peel

Topping

24 fine sclices candied orange peel
Sprinkling pistachio nuts

Bring the water, butter and salt to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
Shift in the flour and stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined and does not stick
to the pan. Remove from the heat and set aside until cool.
Put the mixture in a bowl of electric mixer with a paddle attachment add the eggs one at the time, until each egg is well incorporated and smooth.
Heat the oil in a deep-sided heavey pan to 375 F. Drop spoonfuls of the dough from an oiled tablespoon and fry the puffs until they are fairly dry.
DO NOT DISTURB them.(meglatod maguktol megfordulnak, az unokam imadja csinalni mert nagyon vicces)
The puffs will puff up greatly as they cook, not cook to much at the time.
Drain on paper towels.
Combine all ingredients for the filling.Split open the sfinci and fill with a bit of ricotta cream.Smear of ricotta cream on the top and decorate with the topping.
Sokszor ha nincs idom egyszeruan beszorom porsukorral meg fahejjal.
Ha problemad van az angollal leforditom magyarra.
